I could say this is a process no everyone is ready to make. I do not even know what I was expecting or what I should do. I just wanted to do it. Understand what I was feeling that way, why I was living those experiences. And how I could just stop them. What I am learning is that you must listen to your emotions, your feelings and your thoughts, Let them go out. So I was told: WRITE THEM DOWN!
