Yo hablo de mi experiencia viviendo en Sydney desde hace dos años y medio. Me encanta esta ciudad. Es sencillamente hermosa! He visitado en diferentes oportunidades Melbourne, Gold Coast y Brisbane, las tres ciudades más grandes que dan opciones para venir a vivir y estudiar. Sin embargo hay muchas mas, Darwin y Perth. Cada persona tiene diferentes preferencias y esta buscando diferentes experiencias. Vivir? Todas te brindan tranquilidad! Trabajar? En cualquier ciudad hay diferentes oportunidades de trabajo. Todo depende de lo que tú estes buscando!
I speak from my own experiences living in Sydney since two and half years. I love this city. It is simply beautiful! I have visited in different moments Melbourne, Gold Coast and Brisbane, which are the three biggest cities, and the most famous options to come and study. However, there are Darwin and Perth. Every single person has different preferences and is looking for different experiences. Living? All the cities give you tranquility. Work? In any city you can find different work opportunities. Depends on what you are looking 4!

Living in Sydney
When I came in Sydney, I did not came because I wanted to travel or study. My reasons where totally different. Today I do not regret for that decision I made, because with this journey I started that December 2019, my life has changed totally. It was the experience perhaps my soul was expecting to find a new experience in this life to understand a little bit more my purpose.
Australia is an amazing country with many experiences. If you are very fan of nature, beach and mountains, this is the perfect place. If it is not, there are two options: first you start getting used to this country or city and one day you will realise you are enjoying the quality of life that people live in here and you will want to make your life in here as well; or second, you do not get used to this life, you will become a little bit sad and you will ended up coming back to your own country, or somewhere else perhaps.
From my point of view, from stories I have heard and lived with other people I have met in here and other countries, I would say that in general, travelling and living abroad it is not for everyone. There are many “battles” you might live or experience, but the biggest one, anywhere, it will be: with yourself. It all depends in what moment in your life you are coming or travelling.
Many people come as couple, and these experiences become a challenge for both of them. If you both really love each other, you might be together and perhaps you will not find anything hard, totally the opposite, you will realised you have a company with who you can grow together. But if you both cannot manage this experience together, it is because you just needed those experiences to grow by yourself and give one more step to maturity and self caring.
As I said before, depends what you are looking 4 with this experience coming in here, but what it is true, is that: You are always where you meant to be.

Short Story

Beach, Fresh air and relaxation. This is what you can find in here. If you are not sure about what you really want, or what is you real purpose of you trip, I could say, just come and visit three months, enjoy the weather, and see how you go. Here is less complicated to extend or apply for another different visa. If you really are feeling that is not type of life you could live, at least you had a new experiences in your life, you will get a new perspective, something else to tell. Just give it a try.
Study & Work
Australia got lots of opportunities to study and work at the same time. So you can improve your english knowledge, any skill you always have wanted, and at the same time you will be able to work in any field you want.
Six months would be the minimum period you could study, but maybe no enough to see and live many experiences. Again, it depends on what you are looking for and how long you are planning to stay.
Work? Here you could be whatever you want to be. English? for sure you need a basic knowledge, however, many people come with no knowledge and have achieve many things.
Money? Very abundant country.
Work & Living
Here would be one of the best places you could start from 0. You can start again your life. If your plan, is find a citizen, and you already are conscious about changes you must have to do in your life, Australia, will bring you the life you would like. Of course, you will have to move, you will have to find it, you will have to go for what you really want. And when you are so motivated to change or start you new life in here, by yourself or with your partner or family, here it would be a perfect place. And, as I always say, it depends on your personality, what you want, and how much prepared and motivated you are.
